How does it work?
Shared Team Activities that Open the Mind
Based around a fire, you can choose from a range of immersive team activities that include foraging and wild food cooking, fire making, shelter building, whittling, natural navigation, and wild swimming. Shared experiences and fun learning that benefit your group's ability to adapt to change, develop positive attitudes, increase interest, and be open to new possibilities.
Headspace Makes Room for Creative Action
We include time out for ideation and reflection, using catalyst campfire workshops, group conversations, walk and talks, mindfulness, sit spots, and forest bathing, with senses heightened to the sounds and smells of nature. You'll all come back inspired and refreshed, ready to look anew at 21st century challenges and opportunities.

Locations & What's Included
We use a choice of locations, including a nature reserve or a woodland in London, or several sites in the beautiful Sussex countryside (just 1 hour from London and close to Brighton). All have a fire and cover in case of bad weather. The cost includes hire of the site, all kit and materials, insurance, refreshments, and skilled and engaging facilitators. Plus a short briefing meeting to agree aims beforehand and a debrief afterwards to make sure it’s achieved your aims.
