• From three to six sessions spread out over six weeks to six months, away from the office to have a total break from the busyness and distractions of the day-to-day, • An experiential learning journey that combines team building and development in order to explore and get clarity on team goals, personal goals, patterns of interaction and self awareness, • Facilitated conversations using indoors rural venues, or outdoors around a campfire as our meeting room when weather allows, to foster creative thinking, greater connection and enhanced collaboration, • Practices to help you understand each others' differences, gain clarity on purpose, and find better ways to talk and listen, • Developing your leaders’ confidence in communicating and speaking up, increasing cohesion and better relationships, • Action learning and working together on a live challenge or inquiry, • Tangible actions and insight that your leadership team can be accountable for , • Inspiring venues, delicious food and optional accommodation.
