DOWNLOAD THE PROGRAMME BROCHURE

Outdoor team building, offsites, away days & leadership development in London & Brighton. Designed in the outdoors on purpose.

Choose from one of three outdoor programmes, over one or more days: Seed, Shift and Transform.

When you book, you tell us the challenges you face, and we work with you to set goals and design the programme structure. We don’t use pre-set content – we want this to work for you.

You might want to:
  • Motivate your team in line with your values
  • Improve communication and teamwork
  • Reduce workplace stress or personality clashes
  • Re-engage remote or hybrid teams
  • Reconnect silos and boost collaboration
  • Manage change and set new regenerative plans

We don’t see team building, strategy days or learning & development as separate things. Just like in a forest ecosystem, these things connect and interact. This is a new type of team programming that activates your corporate values and makes space for all voices (including the quiet ones), building connection, purpose, and belonging.

What’s the difference between each programme?

We offer three programmes Seed, Shift and Transform. Each one starts around a campfire, and combines enjoyable team bonding activities with meaningful conversations – giving you space to reconnect and think differently.

Where they differ is in the amount of time and space you’ll have to deepen relationships, reflect on where you're at and explore where you're headed.

What happens in the woods

Imagine whole days based around a campfire, with no screens, no phones ringing, no urgent requests, none of the usual day-to-day distractions. Instead flickering flames, light through the leaves and time to really talk.

This is where the good stuff happens.
We tailor each day to the questions you have, the answers you need and the outcomes you want. But here’s a flavour of what you can expect over a day or two with us:

  • Introductions around the campfire to get to know each other better and set your intention for the programme.

  • Outdoor activities and challenges that we design for you. This could be making fire without matches, creating a team symbol from materials that you find in the forest, or learning ways to connect with each other and the trees.

  • Ideas generation including walk and talks, facilitated discussions and breakout groups – with your insights and ideas written out and hung on our ‘wild whiteboard’ to make them real.

  • Facilitated workshop time to think, review, listen and share with each other in a safe space.

  • An impact report, actions and follow-up so you can put into practice what you’ve learned and agreed.

Meals are cooked over the fire, made with organic and locally sourced ingredients where possible, and there are tea breaks with marshmallows to toast!

At the end of the programme, you gather to reflect on the learnings and put out the fire together.

Being in the woods, without walls and in a natural environment gave us a new energy and sense of purpose. It 're-set' our ways of thinking and interacting with each other.

How the process works

1. Clarity on your needs

We work with you to get as clear as possible on your team's issues and needs
.
2. Experience days

The heart of each programme is experience days
based around a campfire. The focus is on your organisation’s need.
3. Takeaways

At the end of each programme, you leave with an action plan for continuing the process in your workplace.
4. Follow up

We stay in touch to support you to embed key learning and provide further advice or tools as needed.

They have a great process that seeks to understand your challenges before you head into the woods, and then fantastic actionable outputs after the day.... If you want to get your team outside and have open and honest conversations, Speak to Nigel and his team, it's money, very, very well spent.
