A guided walk-and-talk workshop for hybrid and remote teams |
• Help your team reflect on the hybrid way of working
|
Covid has transformed the way we work. As the pandemic recedes, individuals, teams and organisations alike are seeing that the world of work has changed dramatically.
For many organisations hybrid working arrangements are a work in progress - when people don't spend much time together in person, silos are created and it is harder to foster feelings of belonging. So how do you balance the needs of your company and the wellbeing of the individuals in your team? Covid has also changed our relationship with work as individuals. It has showed us it is possible to work in a way that’s more flexible and balanced with our other needs, and many team members now feel they need this from their employers. We think businesses could use some help in navigating this territory - including how to balance the needs of organisations, teams and individuals, to build working arrangements that work for everyone. |

with hybrid working and digital acceleration, we needed to disconnect to reconnect; to spend some proper time together.... this was exactly what we needed to re-enter collaborative work with stronger connections and more open minds

Walk and talk to make teams work better
Our ‘Making Work Better’ review sessions bring dispersed teams together to talk about how work has changed, so that you can move forward and find the best working arrangements for everyone.
We take your team for a walk in the beautiful Sussex countryside for a morning (or afternoon) to give you a relaxing and stimulating environment where we facilitate your discussions to help you reflect on hybrid and remote working and how it has affected work for you all. The aim is to reflect on these issues together and try to map out a way that you can respond, both as a team and as individuals, in the future. We can tailor this to your needs, but our suggested programme covers the following areas:
We have built this format to enable you to have a constructive, open conversation about some potentially difficult themes – for example, some team members may want to work at home more, some may be feeling disconnected when working from home, and the company may want people in the office a certain number of hours a week in order for its teams to function properly. We give you the space to discuss and resolve these issues in a collaborative and productive way. We’ll even provide tea and cake on the walk! |
