Reconnect your team

Offsites, team building & development outdoors in the woods

for organisations that care about culture, collaboration and purpose

A change of pace around the campfire

Working life can be hectic and scattered. Hybrid teams easily become disconnected, dissatisfied and stuck in silos. There’s never enough time to really think about what you do and why.

We bring you together outdoors, away from walls, screens and demands – allowing Nature to set the pace.

Each team building and offsite programme includes experiential learning, working with powerful questions, and activities developed for your organisation (no cookie-cutter content, pre-written slides or artificial bonding activities).

Choose from three core programmes:
Seed
A one-day programme
designed to give you space to reconnect, share ideas for change and receive a whole team boost.
Shift
Two-to-three day programme
designed to help you deepen relationships, develop new regenerative strategies and work out how to bring them back to your workplace.
Transform
A multi-day programme
designed for leadership teams who want to shift their system and delve even more deeply into culture, ethos and sustainable change.
Which is right for you?

It was quite something, really. I'd highly recommend it - as a leader, a founder, an individual, with your team. Whatever your reason. It gave us all the freedom to talk and share, and removed the restrictive confines of buildings and meeting rooms!

Work has changed... people have not

In order to become an aligned and motivated team, you need time to connect, share your thinking and have open, honest discussions. Busy diaries, hybrid working and digital distraction can make all that impossible.

Time in Nature takes you back to your human roots, so you can interact as people, not job titles.

When we light the campfire together (as we do on every programme), you'll connect as equals. As you hear the wind through the leaves, stress, distractions and barriers that come up in the workplace fall away.

Nature gives you permission to think differently, finding ways to develop forward-thinking strategies and navigate the hurdles of 21st century work.

Hang your ideas on tree branches...

We’ve been running regenerative outdoor team building and development programmes in Nature since 2014.

In that time, we’ve lit countless campfires. Reconnected struggling colleagues over DIY smores. Helped teams develop business-changing strategies while walking through trees…
We’re driven by one idea: Nature brings out the best in people
People have talked around fires for thousands of years – making connections, solving problems and creating plans.

Being in Nature is not only calming, it helps you think better. Time in Nature has even been shown to boost creative thinking by as much as 50%.
