What happens

Each offsite retreat is different but follows the same basic shape - integrating business objectives, immersive activities and inspiration from Nature to create a company offsite programme that catalyses connection, insight and commitment to action. Phase 1:
The first phase focuses on connecting with each other, with the location and with your context so that you can get the most out of the programme. Starting around the campfire, we design and facilitate activities so that you’ll:

• 1) Shake off the busyness of your usual day-to-day and engage with your 'why' of being here
• 2) Start to connect with each other in a deeper way, and
• 3) Co-create an atmosphere of openness and curiosity, where you can express yourselves freely and have new conversations

Day 2

Phase 2:
The second phase focuses on reflecting on your team’s context, challenges and direction. After breakfast, we facilitate fun and experiential workshops and activities - in the surrounding Nature and around the campfire - and help you explore where you're heading, what's working for you now and what's holding you back. You'll:

• 1) Reach clarity and shared understanding around your specific challenge(s) and context
• 2) Get under the surface of team dynamics and ways of working to resolve things that are blocking you
• 3) Shift hearts and minds, share moments of joy and have new conversations about your future direction

Day 3

Phase 3:
In the third phase we focus on moving towards action so that you can carry a clear sense of alignment with you as you move back to your day-to-day. You'll:

• 1) Have the opportunity to circle back and go deeper into insights from days one and two
• 2) Collaboratively design solutions to team challenges
• 3) Co-create a set of shared intentions and tangible next steps

How it works

Our Shift company offsite programme is a fully facilitated immersion in Nature designed around the outcomes you need.

1. Book a discovery call with us to discuss what you’re looking for from the retreat, the goals you want to work on and the outcomes you need
2. We will come back with a proposal outlining key activities, accommodation and cost for your group
3. Agree quote and book dates
4. We send you surveys to help with our programme design, and information to set people up for what will happen over the two or three days
5. Shift can start before or after lunch on day one, it ends before lunch on the final day
6. Post retreat: a debrief and Impact report delivered with insight, actions and outcomes from the programme
7. Follow up accountability session with key people in your team to keep you on track
