You’ll connect through enjoyable outdoor team building activities woven together with a collaborative group workshop - where everyone has a say, including the quieter voices. How it worksThe Seed team building day is designed around the outcomes you need.
Group size: from 5 up to 35 people
Locations: we run Seed outdoor team building in London and also in Brighton, click on the links to find out more about our team building locations.
What's included: Everything is included, from planning and design, facilitated campfire sessions, fun group activities, lunch and other refreshments, and your take home action plan. You just need to cover transport to the venue.

What happens on a Seed team building dayThis is an example of a team building offsite day we set up for a team from a renewable energy company who wanted to improve collaboration, boost belonging and foster wellbeing during a period of fast growth:
9.30am Arrive on site, fuel up with coffee and head to the campfire 10am Opening campfire session facilitated by Nigel, includes an introduction to the activities, intention setting, and a grounding exercise to connect with the natural environment ● Breakout into smaller groups to work on a fun and collaborative project together (such as making a fire without matches) GOAL to get to know each other better, improve teamwork, leadership and interpersonal communication ● Group re-joins at the campfire to share learning, insights and make sense of the experience 1pm Lunch: Locally sourced food enjoyed around the campfire 1.45pm Restart ● Group workshop to generate tangible ideas on new ways of working together better, using our Wild Whiteboard to harvest group and individual outcomes, and agree actions and accountability ● Tea break 4.15pm Meet back at the campfire for closing remarks and takeaways |
