On this coastal foraging walk you'll:
• learn ways to tune into your senses
• get to know plants using all of your senses
• meet and identify lots of wild, abundant, coastal plants that are edible

After the walk, you’ll be able to sample teas made from wild herbal plants, try a foraged wild salad, and other tasty wild food that we've prepared.

This session is being led by Mike Cutting.

Mike has a wealth of plant knowledge and can also talk about bird song, signs of local animal activity, and an appreciation of the whole habitat.

Cost: £35/person

NB No dogs please, and suitable for anyone age 16+.

Meeting point: South Hill Barn Car Park, Seaford BN25

NB please be aware that part of the area we'll be walking in is a nature reserve and Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI), and the picking of plants in these areas is not allowed.
