From silos to synergy. How we can help you tackle challenges in your leadership team in 2025 and beyond.
Is your leadership team struggling with silos, misalignment, or interpersonal conflicts that hinder collaboration and progress?
These challenges don’t just slow you down - they erode trust, weaken decision-making, and prevent your team from reaching its full potential. But it doesn’t have to be this way. By focusing on what truly works - building meaningful connections, fostering cohesion, and creating space for open, honest conversations - you can unlock your team’s ability to thrive and lead with purpose.
At School of the Wild, we've guided diverse teams - from purposeful digital agencies and environmental charities to michelin-starred restaurants and teams from corporates - towards meaningful connections and actionable strategies. Our unique, nature-based programmes have transformed challenges into opportunities for growth and unity. Discover how we can help your leadership team overcome obstacles and achieve shared success.
By running programmes outdoors around a fire, we create space for teams to forge meaningful connections, uncover valuable insights and develop actionable strategies to address key questions such as:
And we get great feedback from clients, including:
“the best day spent together as a team in the history of the business” Rebecca Smart, CEO, Autonative "Nigel and the whole team were incredible. The safe and non judgemental space they created was unreal. The way the whole thing was structured to build trust and connection was so clever" Amy Bosley, Head of Brand & Creative, Relex A new development programme for leadership teams
To build on our success into 2025 and beyond, we're working on a programme specifically for leadership teams that we can also run in the colder months - based at inspiring indoor rural venues, where we can venture into the outdoors when it's possible.
I’ve been discussing this with various leaders, especially to find out what kinds of issues they struggle with in their leadership teams. Mostly the things that we helped teams with this year can be categorised as being about trust, hybrid teams being too siloed, and occasionally about conflict between team members. Does your leadership team have these challenges?
So far, the top challenges we're finding that leaders say about their leadership teams:
Any of these sound familiar? The first one particularly - people prioritising their own department - seems to be a common challenge in leadership teams, so if you’re experiencing that, you’re not alone! How our leadership team programme works
Our leadership team development programme is designed to help your team listen, talk and work together better, so that you can undo some of the restraining forces that get in the way, and focus on shared goals and results instead.
We use nature-based settings because they are totally away from the workplace, and because Nature brings out the best in people plus it offers benefits to connection, wellbeing and creative thinking.
We love helping with these kinds of challenges, so get in touch if you’d like to chat about what you’re struggling with in your team.
And if you need some help to work through human issues in your leadership team, and want to solve them together, have a look at our Transform programme.
Our mission at School of the Wild is to help organisations transform their teams and learn to work together better, by enabling a positive and collaborative workplace culture. We believe that Nature brings out the best in people so we bring leaders and teams outside to help you reconnect and think differently.
