Turn up, tune in, find your way... using natural navigation
Join us and learn how to use all your senses and powers of observation to explore the subtle signs that nature gives, to help you find your way
Sunday April 7th, 2019
Long before Sat Navs and Google Maps people used nature’s signposts to find their way in the world – using the sun, moon, and stars in particular.
But did you know that nature also provides a host of more subtle ways to help us navigate: from tree roots to mosses, and grasses to spiders' webs.
By tuning in to your surroundings you can find all sorts of hints and clues that will point the way.
On this natural navigation class, we'll show you how to use all your senses and powers of observation to explore these subtle signs and connect in a more meaningful way with where you are, and with the environment around you.
Then, we'll give you a challenge at the end of the class, so you can put what you've learned into practice!
This Natural Navigation class is being led by Jo Wren.
The cost is £30/person.
